Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms govern the Hubzy affiliate programme. You accept them when you apply to join, or when you first use your affiliate dashboard after being added by the Hubzy team. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. The programme

Hubzy is operated by BIGR IMPACT MEDIA LTD(“Hubzy”, “we”, “us”). As an affiliate you receive personal referral links; creators who sign up through them are attributed to you. You take part as an independent partner — nothing here creates employment, agency, or any exclusive relationship.

2. Commission — rate and the first-year window

You earn commission at the programme’s current rate (shown in your affiliate dashboard) on the Hubzy subscription payments a referred creator makes during their first 365 daysafter signing up. Payments after that window, and anything other than Hubzy subscription payments (for example a creator’s own sales to their fans), earn no commission.

We may change the commission rate or these terms prospectively with notice via the dashboard or email; changes never reduce commission you have already validly earned.

3. Attribution

Attribution uses a 30-day referral cookie and the sign-up link. If a sign-up carries no valid referral attribution — whatever the reason — no commission is due. We can’t retroactively attribute sign-ups.

4. Payouts, refunds and clawbacks

We pay your accrued commission monthly — on or around the 1st–2nd of each month — for the balance you are owed at that time, provided it is at least the minimum payout of $25 (or the local-currency equivalent). Balances under the minimum roll over to the next month.

Payouts are sent through a third-party payout provider (for example Stripe, PayPal or Payoneer). You must provide and keep accurate payout details, and you are responsible for any provider or transfer fees, currency conversion, and any taxes on your commission.

We may hold commission until the underlying subscription payment has cleared its refund window. Commission on payments that are later refunded, charged back, or found fraudulent is deducted from your balance — and, if already paid out, from future payouts.

5. Fair play

The following void the related commission and can end your participation immediately:

self-referrals or referring accounts you control · fake, incentivised or automated sign-ups · spam in any form · misleading claims about Hubzy or its pricing · impersonating Hubzy, bidding on “Hubzy” brand search terms, or registering lookalike domains · promoting through unlawful content or to under-18 audiences.

When you promote Hubzy, you must disclose your affiliate relationship where the law requires it (for example #ad — ASA/CAP in the UK, FTC in the US).

6. Ending participation

You can stop any time; we can remove an affiliate at any time. Validly earned commission that survives section 4 and 5 is still paid out. Sections 4–7 survive the end of participation.

If your affiliate account includes complimentary (free) Hubzy access granted as part of the programme, that access is conditional on activity: if you bring in no paying referrals within 60 days, we may remove the free access. This never affects commission you have already validly earned.

7. Liability

The programme is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these affiliate terms is limited to the commission validly owed to you and not yet paid.
