Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
No — there's a 7-day free trial on both plans, then Basic is $9.99/month or Pro is $39.99/month. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
What is the platform fee?
5% of each sale on Basic and 2.5% on Pro. That sits on top of Stripe's own processing fee, which Stripe sets. Tips, product sales and ticket sales all use the same rate.
Who receives the money from my sales?
You do. Payments settle into your own connected Stripe account, so you are the seller of record and payouts follow Stripe's normal schedule. Hubzy never holds your sales revenue.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Only if you want to sell. Connecting Stripe takes a few minutes and is what lets you take payments directly. Pages, links, email capture and analytics all work without it.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Not at the moment — both plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel whenever you like.
