An Eventbrite alternative where the event lives on your page.
Sell tickets, email the QR codes, scan people in at the door — all from the same link that sells your products and captures your email list.
What you get on each one.
Eventbrite is a serious ticketing platform with a discovery marketplace behind it — if you need strangers to find your event, that reach is real. Here’s where they differ.

If you're filling a room from your own audience, you're paying a marketplace to reach people who already follow you. Hubzy puts the event on your page, keeps the buyer in your branding, and lets the same visit sell a product or book a client.
From your page to the door.
Page to door, in three steps
The event block sits on your page. Every sale mints a unique QR ticket, emailed the second they pay. On the night your phone is the scanner.

A ticket that looks the part
Tier, holder, order number and a wallet pass — not a text file. Each code admits one person, once, and shows valid, used or wrong-event instantly.

And it sells the rest of your work
The same page carries your products, downloads and enquiry funnel — so someone who came for a ticket can leave having bought something else.

AI writes the emails. You hit send.
A bio link gets the visit. The email list gets them back. Hubzy captures the address, then drafts the campaign from your own page and products — and sends the whole follow-up sequence on autopilot.

Followers are rented. An email list is the only audience you actually own.
Sell from your link. Then get paid for it.
Every creator you send to Hubzy earns you commission on their subscription for a full year. Most tools you recommend pay you nothing — this one pays while you use it.

How do people get their tickets?
By email, the moment they pay. Each ticket carries its own QR code, and there's a browser version they can open on the night — a screenshot works too. Every code admits one person, once.
How do I check people in at the door?
Open the scanner on your phone from the dashboard and point it at the QR. It shows valid, already-used or wrong-event instantly, and you can hand a staff member a scoped link so they can scan without your login.
What does it cost to sell a ticket?
The same platform fee as everything else — 5% on Basic, 2.5% on Pro — plus Stripe's processing fee. There's no separate per-ticket charge, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.
Can I run free RSVPs?
Yes. A tier with no price becomes a free RSVP — attendees register with their email, which also grows the list you own. You can mix free and paid tiers on one event.
Will people discover my event on Hubzy?
No, and that's the honest trade-off. Hubzy has no ticket marketplace — it's built for filling a room from your own audience. If you need discovery from strangers, a marketplace still has a job to do.
